Agreement, Terms and Conditions
The Cabo Store is in the business of selling Discount Vouchers and Event Tickets. The following terms and conditions are a legal and binding contract between yourself and TheCaboStore.com (The Cabo Store). Agreement of these terms is equivalent to a digital signature on a contract and it is agreed and understood that making a purchase at TheCaboStore.com is proof and acceptance that you have read and fully understand the following terms and conditions:
Discount Vouchers
The following policies are in place to give you the greatest discounted and highest quality Discount Vouchers in Los Cabos.
- All sales are 100% final.
- Cancellation of an order is not permitted after order has been processed.
- Orders paid in full to be held for a future date pick up, it is understood and agreed that according to clause 7C (below), refunds are not eligible on requests made after 30 days of Delivery Date (see clause 5 below). Example: If you order Discount Vouchers and schedule delivery to be made 45 days later, your purchase is refundable, according to our terms and conditions, up to 30 days after your Delivery Date.
- Delivery Date: The Delivery Date is the date you receive the vouchers or if Discount Vouchers are being shipped to the U.S. or Canada, the estimated date of delivery.
- Expiration Date: Discount Vouchers feature an Expiration Date. It is understood and agreed that Discount Vouchers will not be valid after the Expiration Date.
- 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Discount Voucher refunds are available if you try to use Discount Vouchers purchased from The Cabo Store (within 30 days of your purchase) and the Discount Vouchers are not accepted for any reason (other then the restrictions stated in writing on the Discount Voucher) or if the business (which the Discount Vouchers are valid for) is out of business or closed for an unacceptable duration of time. If this occurs, you are entitled to receive a full cash refund or credit (towards an exchange). Refunds are authorized based on the following terms and conditions:
- There are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for the following reasons:
- You request your refund 30 days after purchasing (or the Delivery Date of) your Discount Voucher(s).
- You did not have time or were unable to use the Discount Vouchers before the Expiration Date.
- You changed your mind or decided you do not want to use the Discount Vouchers.
- You changed your mind and want to purchase different Discount Vouchers instead.
- You were/are unable to travel to Los Cabos as you had originally planned.
- You did not read, comprehend or understand the restrictions or rules for redemption of the Discount Vouchers.
- You are not satisfied with the service, treatment or the product(s) of the company in which the Discount Vouchers are valid for.
- You lost or misplaced the Discount Vouchers or they were stolen from you.
- You read these Terms and Conditions AFTER your purchase and do not agree with them.
- You are not satisfied with TheCaboStore.com customer service and therefore no longer want to use your Discount Vouchers.
- You are not satisfied with the customer service of an authorized TheCaboStore.com retail location and therefore no longer want to use your Discount Vouchers.
- You received the Discount Vouchers as a gift, raffle, prize, auction or bought them from a friend or unauthorized third party.
- Or any reason not described in Clause 7C (below).
- Refunds are only available within 30 days after your purchase or delivery date.
- Valid Reasons for Refund: The Discount Vouchers were declined, not accepted or were unable to be used because the company (of which the Discount Vouchers were valid) is no longer in business.
- The Cabo Store Discount Voucher credit and cash refund policy is only available for clients who purchase Discount Vouchers online here at TheCaboStore.com or who have a valid receipt from purchasing Discount Vouchers from an authorized TheCaboStore.com retail location.
- Credit or cash refunds are only authorized after a full investigation (by TheCaboStore.com) indicates that your credit or cash refund request is valid and warranted. Note: This investigation can take between 5 and 30 work days to complete.
- Once a credit or cash refund has been authorized, you will be notified via email.
- Credit or cash refunds do not include any shipping costs incurred when placing your order.
- Cash refunds may take up to 30 work days (AFTER AUTHORIZATION) to be processed. Credit refunds are faster, and are available within several days after authorization.

- TheCaboStore.com has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Event Tickets
- All sales are 100% final.
- Cancellation of an order is not permitted after order has been processed.
- It is understood and agreed that The Cabo Store is only a reseller of tickets and is not the producer of any events featured on TheCaboStore.com.
- Ticket purchaser agrees to not hold The Cabo Store liable for any disputes or claims which arise from purchasing tickets or attending an event featured on TheCaboStore.com.
- NO REFUNDS: Regardless of situations such as Act of God, inclement weather, natural disasters, extended waits in line at event, inability to attend event for any reason, family emergencies or medical emergencies, a refund will not be issued by The Cabo Store. It is further agreed that:
- All event personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, for any reason at their discretion and are not grounds for a refund by The Cabo Store.
- Event location and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund by The Cabo Store.
- Anything promised by the promoter that is not fulfilled is not guaranteed by The Cabo Store and is not grounds for a refund by The Cabo Store.
- Will Call: Will Call tickets are available only at the event and must be picked up by the person named on the credit card of the ticket purchase. It is further agreed that:
- Ticket purchaser will be required to show a legal and valid photo I.D. or passport in order to pick up tickets.
- All Will Call tickets must be picked up at the same time.
- Not being able to pick up your tickets from Will Call because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund from The Cabo Store.
- Not attending the event for any reason is not grounds for a refund from The Cabo Store.
- Contact information of event company or promoter of an event is available upon written request to support@thecabostore.com.
Credit Card Security
Shopping at TheCaboStore.com is safe and secure because all orders are processed via Paypal or Google Checkout. We do not store or have access to your credit card number or information.
