A large mesquite grill is located in the center of the restaurant where you can watch the chefs prepare famous traditions of Mexico, featuring over 80 menu items, including Mole from Puebla, Tamales wrapped in banana leaves from Oaxaca, fresh seafood and more.

Tequila Tastings: For the tequila buffs, Pancho's tequila tastings feature the mythology, history, customs and fabrication of mezcal and tequila. The 45-minute tasting in the relaxed atmosphere of Pancho's Restaurant takes you on a mouth-watering journey through the fascinating world of these distinctive Mexican libations dating back to the Mayans.
