Purchase Policy

General

The Cabo Store is a ticket, apparel, paraphernalia and certificate sales website. These terms and condition are a binding contract between yourself and The Cabo Store. Agreement of these terms is equivalent to a digital signature on a contract. All sales are final. Cancellation of an order is not permitted after the order is processed. It may not be possible to exchange items of your order purchased for other items from the The Cabo Store website.

Los Cabos Delivery

Hand delivery in Los Cabos is available. In shipping selection, choose your appropriate location. The Cabo Store will contact you via email to arrange exact drop of date and location. Los Cabos hand delivery is only available Monday – Saturdays. COD orders can only be honored when purchased within 15 days of delivery.

DHL Delivery

DHL International shipping is available to the United States and Canada. Please contact support@thecabostore.com for shipping rates. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Allow around 5 business days for delivery for United States orders. Allow around 8 business days for Canadian orders. The Cabo Store is not responsible for additional cost that may occur for shipping internationally. If you enter an undeliverable address you will not receive a refund. Hence, if the package needs to be resent additional shipping fees will apply.

Event Ticket Sales

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the ticket price minus processing fees. If you encounter any issues at the event, you must contact The Cabo Store within 5 business days following the originally scheduled date via a trouble ticket inquiry at support@thecabostore.com in order to request a refund and failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Not all refund requests will be honored.

Regardless of situations such as inclement weather, natural disasters, extended waits in line at the venue, family emergencies and medical emergencies a refund will not be issued. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by The Cabo Store and is not grounds for a refund.

Will Call

Willcall tickets must be picked up only on the day of the event with the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a state issued picture ID or passport. All Willcall tickets must be picked up at the same time. Not being able to pick up your tickets from Willcall because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund.

Vouchers

Vouchers are not refundable. If the place does not honor their certificates, a full refund or exchange for that place’s certificates after a brief investigation. The refund or exchange does not include shipping cost acquired.
