1. Are "vouchers" coupons?
No these are not coupons. vouchers are real physical certificates, which are shipped or delivered to you and represent real face-value at the featured business.

2. Can I use vouchers just like cash?
Yes and no, for example, if you have a $50.00 dollar voucher purchased through TheCaboStore.com for only $25.00 and your bill (charge, rate or fee) at the featured business is $52.10, you would owe the difference of only $2.10. Or, if your bill (charge, rate or fee) at the featured business is $48.00, you would not receive your $2.00 cash back, but you still received a $48.00 product or service for only $25.00. It’s as simple as that! Please remember, vouchers are not valid for gratuities.

3. How do I get my vouchers after I buy?

  • Los Cabos Delivery: Your vouchers can be delivered to you anywhere in Los Cabos, Mexico, at a date and time that is convenient for you. A Cabo Store representative will contact you to arrange your delivery after you make your purchase.
  • U.S., Canada & Mexico Shipping: If you live outside of Los Cabos and would like your vouchers shipped to you prior to your trip to Cabo, please contact support@thecabostore.com for shipping rates. Shipping outside of Mexico can be costly and most customers opt for hand delivery when they arrive.

4. Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, but for Los Cabos deliveries only… you can simply pay the delivery driver when he arrives. Just select the “cash on Delivery (COD)” payment option when you make your purchase. **COD is for items that can be delivered within 15 days of purchase.** If delivery of vouchers exceeds 15 days, please pay for certificates in advance.

5. Can I get vouchers delivered TODAY?
In most cases, delivery of items is the following day of purchase.

6. Can you deliver to the business that the vouchers are valid?
We are glad to deliver vouchers to you in Los Cabos. We can not deliver to the business that the vouchers are valid.
