Pick Up Days and Times

Mail Boxes Cabo: Pick Up orders are made available at Mail Boxes Cabo every Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 2pm. Your order must be placed no later then 5pm on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday for your Pick Up order to be available on the following Wednesday, Friday or Monday. You will receive email confirmation of your exact Pick Up date after you place your order.

Pick Up Fees

Mail Boxes Cabo: $3 usd will be added to all orders scheduled for Pick Up at Mail Boxes Cabo in Cabo San Lucas. If you do not want to pay a Pick Up Fee, select vouchers are available for walk-in purchase at Mail Boxes Cabo for your convenience.

Palimilla Tennis Club: $6 usd will be added to all orders scheduled for Pick Up at Mail Boxes Cabo in San Jose del Cabo. If you do not want to pay a Pick Up Fee, select vouchers are available for walk-in purchase at Palmilla Tennis Club for your convenience.

Personal Los Cabos Delivery

Personal Delivery is available throughout Los Cabos, including Cabo San Lucas, the corridor and San Jose del Cabo. Our friendly bilingual driver will personally deliver to your home, resort, villa, hotel or business on a day time best for you, Monday through Friday (between 10:30am - 5:30pm). Special hours and Saturdays only by request and availability. Personal Delivery orders must be received before 5pm Monday - Friday for delivery on the next business day.

Personal Delivery Rates:

• Cabo San Lucas Personal Delivery = $20.00
• Cabo San Lucas Corridor Personal Delivery = $25.00
• San Jose del Cabo Corridor Personal Delivery = $30.00
• San Jose del Cabo Personal Delivery = $40.00

International Shipping to USA and Canada

International shipping is available for vouchers and tickets from Mexico to the USA and Canada for a flat fee of $30.00 USD and are sent via First Class Mail. Vouchers and tickets will be shipped within a few business days - generally the next business day. You will be notified via emailed with a tracking number once your order has been sent. In order to give our customers the lowest possible total price, we do not use shipping as a profit center.

Will Call Delivery for Tickets

Will Call is a delivery option for tickets. This option is for event tickets only. COD for Will Call is not accepted.
