Discount Voucher FAQ's

1. Are "vouchers" coupons?
No these are not coupons. Vouchers are real physical certificates, which are shipped or delivered to you and represent real face-value at the featured business.

2. Can I use vouchers just like cash?
Yes and no, for example, if you have a $50.00 dollar voucher purchased through TheCaboStore.com for only $25.00 and your bill (charge, rate or fee) at the featured business is $52.10, you would owe the difference of only $2.10. Or, if your bill (charge, rate or fee) at the featured business is $48.00, you would not receive your $2.00 cash back, but you still received a $48.00 product or service for only $25.00. It’s as simple as that! Please remember, vouchers are not valid for gratuities.

3. Can I use more than one voucher at a time?
Yes, most businesses do not have a limit on voucher use. For exceptions, please see "Other details" tab next to the description tab of the voucher page you would like to purchase.

4. Do vouchers expire?
Yes, vouchers have an expiration date. For expiration date of specific vouchers, please see "Other details" tab next to the description tab of the voucher page you would like to purchase.

5. How do I get my vouchers after I buy?

  • Retail Locations Pick Up: Your vouchers can be picked up at Mail Boxes Cabo in Cabo San Lucas. Your order is generally available the next business day after you order.
  • U.S. & Canada Shipping: We offer a flat fee of $25 USD for regular shipping envelope. Most voucher orders fit easily in this envelope. Shipping outside of Mexico can be costly and most customers opt for pick up when they arrive.

6. Do the vouchers cover tip?
No, tip is not included with the vouchers. Gratutities are generally based on the check price before your voucher is applied.


Delivery FAQ's

1. Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?
Online purchases require payment to hold your vouchers until you would like to pick them up. For cash only transactions, please visit Mail Boxes Cabo to purchase vouchers directly.

2. Can you deliver vouchers?
At this time, we do not offer delivery services. Visit our retail locations page for easy pick up locations.

3. I chose to pick up at Mail Boxes Cabo. When will my order be ready to pick up?
Orders are delivered to Mail Boxes Cabo weekdays around 2pm. If you ordered the previous business day, your order will be included. For example: If you ordered on Monday before 12pm, your order will be delivered Tuesday at 2pm.
